Marcos Paganini
Marcos Paganini is Senior Vice President, Global Integrated Supply Chain Excellence at Merck Life Science, where he led the design and global rollout of the Life Science Production System (LSPS) across the company’s manufacturing network. He brings more than 30 years of experience in Lean, Kaizen and global supply chain operations. Before joining Merck, he spent around 15 years at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health in operations leadership roles across the Americas, APAC and EMEA, most recently as VP of Global Manufacturing Strategy and Deployment, and earlier worked at Sylvania Lighting.
