Diagnostic & Priority Alignment
Map performance gaps and variability across sites. Align on priorities and identify the vital few capabilities that will drive network consistency.
We scale proven improvements across every location with the methods and routines that make results hold
Our global scalability consulting helps organizations across all sectors and functions turn local wins into network standards. By combining proven improvement initiatives with capability building, management routines, and governance, teams develop a culture of improvement at scale that develops the skills to replicate what works, sustain what matters, and drive impact across every location.
Continuous improvement is the path to making our lives easier. You start in pilot mode, review the results, and then assess how to scale the application.
Beyond the cycle time improvement the team achieved, we now have a consistent changeover process, regardless of operator, and instilled a trust from our workforce that optimizing procedures saves time while making the job easier and less stressful for them.
Before Kaizen Institute came in, we had many teammates with CI experience, and they were utilizing various tools already, but they were not unified. Partnering with KI formalized MCP’s approach to our continuous improvement initiatives with uniform tools and language.
The results are there, and we must focus and dedicate our time to continuous improvement, not to discussing things that are not measurable.
Having led several transformations in multinational companies, the decisive factors are having a team capable of execution, present across the various countries/cultures where we operate, and building competence within the client. This is what I found at Kaizen Institute.
We have developed and deployed a Lean Manufacturing philosophy based on the Change Management System promoted by Kaizen Institute. The goal is to bring consistency to industrial management across all our plants, grounded in data-driven management, lean production, and people as the primary driver.
When improvements proven in one site fail to replicate: each plant reinventing its own methods, performance gaps widening between units, acquisitions operating on different standards, and corporate programs that arrive diluted at the front line. Scaling is a discipline of its own, distinct from achieving results in a single operation.
Through a model-and-replicate logic: reference sites prove the operational standards, local teams adapt them through structured yokoten rather than copy-paste, and each site’s leadership runs the deployment with coaching support. Global standards define the what and the why; local teams own the how, which is what makes adoption stick.
A multisite rollout roadmap by site and value stream, a common maturity assessment applied consistently everywhere, regional coaches developed internally, and a review rhythm built on structured best practice sharing. This keeps corporate visibility high without turning the program into central inspection.
Faster than the first site, because standards, training materials, and internal coaches already exist. Typical programs scale in waves, with each wave of sites completing deployment in a defined number of months and lessons from one wave accelerating the next. The constraint is usually leadership bandwidth and coach availability, which the roadmap plans explicitly.
