Lilian Cordette is a Project Leader at Kaizen Institute Western Europe, based in France. A Master of Engineering graduate of Arts et Métiers (ENSAM), he joined Kaizen Institute in 2021 after working as a continuous improvement engineer at Coty, and has since worked on projects in France, Switzerland, and Canada.
He has led SMED projects across very different sectors, with a focus on ensuring that teams truly take ownership of the method. His project experience includes work in insurance, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and consumer health.
He also shares his expertise through webinars and teaching, including as a supply chain guest lecturer at IAE Lille.
