Carmen Beernaert is Managing Director of DACH at Kaizen Institute, where she leads business growth across people, business, and client development in the region. She also serves as Global Key Account Manager for multinational clients in industries such as finance, energy, and high-tech.
She brings more than 30 years of experience in operational leadership and business transformation. Before joining Kaizen Institute in 2017, she held operational excellence leadership roles at GE, where she was a Master Black Belt, and at Accenture, where she led operational excellence across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East.
