James Stevenson is a Senior Principal at Kaizen Institute Western Europe, where he has worked since 2017. He holds a team leadership role in the UK and Ireland business unit, acts as engagement manager for several clients, and leads the recruitment, training, and mentoring of new consultants.
He applies Lean principles to everyday operations in sectors such as steel, glass, retail, food, and pharmaceuticals, with transformation projects across Europe, Asia, and Australia. His work covers TPM, structured problem-solving, standard work, warehouse design, and transport route optimization.
He has also set up partnerships with universities to deliver guest lectures on lean operations and supply chain management.
