Luis Quelhas is a Senior Director at Kaizen Institute Middle East and Western Europe. He joined Kaizen Institute in 2010 and has more than 15 years of experience in operations across Europe and the Middle East.
Today, his work takes him across the region, from Qatar to the UAE and Saudi Arabia. He stays close to the Gemba, working alongside the people who run operations, and does not consider a project finished until results are visible and holding.
His focus is on developing local teams, building capability from within, and helping organizations put in place the operational discipline that outlasts any single engagement.
