Diogo Felisberto is Partner for Asia-Pacific (APAC) at Kaizen Institute, based in Sydney. He joined Kaizen Institute in 2009 and has since worked in Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Australia.
He helps leaders unlock value across top-line drivers, such as sales, marketing, and R&D, and bottom-line enablers, including sourcing, supply chain, operations, and support functions. His projects span retail, healthcare, telecommunications, agribusiness, and the public sector, including work with Australia's largest retailer and Singapore's largest agribusiness group.
From 2021 to 2023, he was Managing Director of Innovation by KAIZEN™, helping companies grow through innovation.
