Rui Tenreiro is Senior Partner at Kaizen Institute Western Europe, a position he has held since 2015, and works with Kaizen Institute UK. He has strong experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement using KAIZEN™ and Lean Six Sigma, with international experience across several sectors, focusing on the coordination and development of new areas and on managing large global projects. Throughout his journey, he worked alongside Masaaki Imai.
