Thomas Morris is Divisional Group Kaizen Manager at Multimatic, where he leads continuous improvement across operations in China, Canada and the UK. He began his career as an operator at a Toyota supplier, where he was trained in the Toyota Production System, and has since grown into a global CI leader focused on building a Kaizen culture at every level of the organisation.
