Our training programs combine proven methods, real cases and hands-on application, turning continuous improvement into a lasting habit
Organizations that sustain improvement build internal capability: people at every level who know how to identify problems, run improvements and drive results as part of their role. More than awareness, it takes structured learning, on-the-job application and the right tools, from foundational concepts to advanced mastery. That’s what KAIZEN™ training and certification develop.

Kaizen Institute’s process is a key strength of our improvement system. The whole company is systematically looking for improvement opportunities.
Now we’d never go back. It’s just been brilliant, completely changed everybody’s mindset. The positivity is just brilliant. The results are there to see.
The results are there, and we must focus and dedicate our time to continuous improvement, not to discussing things that are not measurable.
We use the Hoshin Kanri methodology to execute an annual strategy across the company, cascading it into sub-strategies within different departments, which are in turn deployed across various management boards.
Our partnership with Kaizen Institute was essential to our operational transformation, fostering a continuous improvement culture focused on the end customer. We were able to reinvent our processes, grow efficiency, and focus our teams on what truly adds value.
We have developed and deployed a Lean Manufacturing philosophy based on the Change Management System promoted by Kaizen Institute. The goal is to bring consistency to industrial management across all our plants, grounded in data-driven management, lean production, and people as the primary driver.
KAIZEN™ training is built around practical application, not theory. Every program combines structured learning with practical exercises and real improvement work, so teams develop capability they can use immediately. Content is always adapted to the organization’s context, its processes, challenges, and improvement priorities, and programs are delivered on site to ensure relevance. The result is not just knowledge transferred, but behavior changed and results delivered.
Organizations that are serious about building internal improvement capability, not just running isolated initiatives. Programs are designed for teams across all levels: frontline teams developing foundational skills, teams leading improvement projects, and leadership teams responsible for strategy execution and cultural transformation. The right combination depends on the capability gaps and results your organization is trying to achieve.
Start with the challenge you need to solve, not the program. The right entry point depends on whether your priority is reducing variation and improving quality, stabilizing operations and supply chain performance, building improvement capability across the organization, strengthening leadership and strategy execution, or accelerating digital transformation and commercial performance. Our specialists can help you map your current priorities to the most relevant learning path.
Results depend on the programs selected and the improvement opportunities addressed, but organizations typically see measurable gains in quality, productivity, lead time, cost reduction, and operational performance. Beyond metrics, training builds the internal capability that makes those results repeatable: teams that can identify problems, design solutions, and drive improvement without depending on external support.
Yes. All programs are delivered on site and fully tailored to your context, your processes, your products, your current challenges. Content, examples, and practical exercises are adapted before delivery, whether you operate in manufacturing, logistics, services, or office environments. Programs can also be structured across different formats and timelines to fit your team’s schedule and the pace of your improvement roadmap.
Several programs include formal certification upon successful completion, including the full Lean Six Sigma belt pathway from White Belt to Master Black Belt. Other programs issue a certificate of completion. Certification requirements vary by program and typically combine a knowledge assessment with practical application to a real improvement project. Full details are available on each individual program page.
Yes. The in-company format is designed to train teams, not individuals. Typically, each group includes up to 12 participants to maximize interaction, practical application, and coaching effectiveness. However, programs can scale across multiple groups, departments, or sites using parallel cohorts or scaling methods adapted to large organizations.
