Digital Learning Platforms
Provide structured access to training, standards, and learning paths.
Skills only become capabilities when they are practiced, not just taught
Through our capability building consulting, we design tailored training academies that blend self-paced learning with expert-led sessions, structured around each organization’s context and maturity level. A train-the-trainer approach ensures that internal facilitators develop the skills to deliver and sustain programs independently, building continuous improvement competence centers where knowledge spreads across teams and expertise no longer
First: Shadowing
Consultant Leads, Trainee Shadows
The consultant runs the work. Your team is in the room, not as observers, but as future owners. Every decision made in front of them is one they will make alone.
[KAIZEN™ projects] leave a long-lasting, structured problem-solving methodology that teams can use in the future.
The results are there, and we must focus and dedicate our time to continuous improvement, not to discussing things that are not measurable.
We use the Hoshin Kanri methodology to execute an annual strategy across the company, cascading it into sub-strategies within different departments, which are in turn deployed across various management boards.
We significantly improved customer service level, given the reduction in errors we now have, and it far exceeded our expectations for efficiency gains in the organization. It was, without doubt, a very successful project.
Faced with an increase in logistics workload, the first thing we did together with the KAIZEN™ team was to analyze the working methodology we were using, examining how it affected both our internal conditions, and the external factors that impacted our day-to-day operations.
The hardest part is not explaining the model, it is conveying the experience of having lived it. The tools can be documented, but the mindset behind them cannot be learned from a manual.
It is built on learning by doing: participants apply each concept to their own processes during the program, with coaching on the gemba between sessions. Training content, certification levels, and practice are aligned with the company’s actual improvement agenda, so every program delivers implemented improvements as well as skills.
All of them, with different depth: executives on strategy deployment and leading improvement, managers on daily management and coaching, specialists on advanced tools and facilitation, and frontline teams on standards and daily problem-solving. Internal trainers and champions are certified along the way so the company can scale the training programs itself.
At the start of a transformation, to create a critical mass of practitioners; whenever results depend on external support to sustain; and when internal experts are concentrated in one site or function while the rest of the organization waits. Capability building is also the natural response to turnover eroding hard-won knowledge.
Through application, not attendance. Each program is linked to real improvement work, so returns show up as completed projects, measurable KPI movement, and the growing share of improvements led without external support. Skill matrices and certification levels track coverage, while operational results confirm the capability is being used.
